How does the registration process work?

We try and keep it simple and as relaxed as possible! Upon receiving your application, we acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours, and determine your suitability for a position(s).


We will then invite you in to our offices to have a chat with one of our experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants (initial meeting will be for approximately 45 minutes).

This time is invaluable to determine your needs, your skill set, motivators and your career plan to ensure we successfully match your own requirements to our client’s needs. By understanding your motivations we will be better placed to match you with not only the right role for your skill set and career goals but also the cultural fit you are looking for.


We will then work closely with you to coach you through the interview process with your new potential employer, undertake reference checks on behalf of our clients and negotiate your remuneration package and start date. We will maintain contact with you to ensure that your transition into your new role runs smoothly.
