This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Legal Word Processing Operator (WPO) to join this growing mid-tier law firm, recognised for providing a positive and supportive team environment.  You will be required to work from 8.00am to 4.15pm from Monday to Friday.
   
Based in the Melbourne office and as part of the word processing team, you will be required to provide the highest standard of word processing support. This includes creating letters and documents via digital dictation, amending documents, and the production of both complex and lengthy documents.
  
Skills and experience we'd love...
  
At least 4 years’ experience as a Legal Word Processing Operator within a law firm is essential together with;  
  • the ability to prioritise your workload
  • fast accurate typing (minimum 70 wpm) with advanced MS Office and document production skills
  • high attention to detail
  • knowledge of legal precedents and court documents
  • excellent written and interpersonal skills
